Dinner tonight courtesy of the greenmarket on W 79th: (my lazy bum actually cooked) roasted wild caught sea trout with fennel and raisins and a white wine-olive oil reduction, and roasted peruvian purple fingerling potatoes. Debating over whether I am too full for salad. *___* thanks mom and dad for dealing with my panicked phone calls over fish and fennel. I BOUGHT THIS AT THE MARKET BECAUSE I WANTED TO TRY NEW THINGS BUT WHAT DO I DO WITH IT. IT SAYS WEDGES BUT MINE HAS LAYERS HELP. WHY IS FENNEL SO CONFUSING.
